Fall Festivals Around Montgomery & Lake Conroe
One of the best things about living in Montgomery is the way our small-town charm really comes alive in the fall. The air cools down (just a little), the leaves begin to change, and weekends are filled with pumpkin patches, craft fairs, and festivals that bring the community together. Here are some of my favorite fall happenings close to home:
🎃 P-6 Farms Fall Festival (Montgomery)
P-6 Farms is a local favorite, and for good reason—it’s everything you want in a fall festival. From their huge pumpkin patch to the corn maze, hayrides, farm animals, and carnival-style rides, there’s something for every age. Don’t even get me started on the food—you’ll find everything from kettle corn to fresh lemonade. It’s the perfect spot for family photos, too (you’ll see lots of locals in their fall flannels snapping pictures in the pumpkin patch). Opening Sept 27th - https://www.p-6farms.com/
🍂 Fall Fest Market (Magnolia Event Center)
Just a short drive from Montgomery, this market-style festival brings together vendors, artisans, and live entertainment. It’s a great place to shop for handmade goods, pick up a few fall decorations, and enjoy a true community event. Think of it as a mix between a farmers market and a craft fair—lots of fun energy!
🛶 Walden Community Events
One of the things I love about living in Walden is that the community itself celebrates the seasons. From smaller markets to fall-themed gatherings at the Walden Yacht Club, there’s always something going on. There’s just something magical about sipping cider with neighbors while the lake sparkles in the background—it feels like a postcard version of fall.
