St. Patrick’s Day is one of those holidays that’s just plain fun. You don’t need a big party or complicated recipes—sometimes a few festive treats are all it takes to get everyone smiling.

One of my favorite St. Patrick’s Day treats is something so simple it almost feels like cheating.

Lucky Little Brownie Bites

You can make brownies from scratch if you want, but honestly? A boxed mix works perfectly. You can even grab brownie bites from the store and dress them up.

Here’s the fun part.

Cut your brownies into small bite-size squares and add a little swirl or drizzle of white icing on top. Then sprinkle on a few green sprinkles for that St. Patrick’s Day flair.

That’s it.

Simple. Festive. And trust me… they are truly addictive.

The bite-size pieces make them perfect for:

  • Office treats

  • School parties

  • Neighborhood get-togethers

  • Or just something fun sitting on the kitchen counter

Fair warning though — people will keep walking by the plate saying, “I’ll just grab one more.”
