Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs salmon (skin removed)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°.
  2. Brush salmon with olive oil and season.

Classic New England comfort without spending all day in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chopped clams (with juice)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups diced potatoes (frozen hash browns work!)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: bacon crumbles

Directions

  1. Melt butter and sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add potatoes and broth; simmer 10–12 minutes.
  3. Stir in clams and cream.
  4. Simmer 5–10 minutes until thick.
